Well, I think it's about time I updated this thing.

I did a little more work on my new novel idea last night. I'm only at about 3000 words, but I did most of that last night. I'm really excited about it. It's been fun to write and I think it's turning out to be somewhat realistic. Well, as realistic as it can get being that its fantasy. lol.

School has been stressful lately. The other week, I had a test or quiz everyday. I have another vocab quiz for Greek on Tuesday. My head has felt like it's going to explode. I am definitely looking forward to Thanksgiving Break, but not nearly as much as Christmas Break. Christmas is going to be an amazing time.

My older brother had a close call overseas the other day. He's okay, thank God, but it's still a little nerve-wracking when stuff like that happens. I don't know much about what happened, and even if I did, I wouldn't be able to say it online. On that note, I wanted to take a moment to let you all know that if you have a friend or loved one serving in the military, try not to say too much about where he/she is and what he/she is doing. That jeopardizes their safety.

Oh ya, I bought a sword last weekend. haha!!! It's awesome. It's a battle-ready long-sword (though it's a little short by that standard) that fits wonderfully well in my hand. My friend got a battle-ready Crusader's Sword replica. I want that sword.

So, between getting Christmas presents for family and Hatchback-girl, I'm a little on the empty side in terms of wealth. LOL. But it's definitely worth it.
